Thank you for shopping with Laam Shea products. If you have any problem with your Laam Shea Product, please notify us within 14days of purchase. Request for refunds or returns after 14 days of purchase will not be granted. Returns or refunds are not guaranteed since Laam Shea Products are natural handmade products.

If a request for refund or exchange is granted, the package should be returned to us unopened in the same condition that you received it in.  The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost that may arise (including the cost to return the item to us and shipping out a replacement). In the event of a refund, the refunded amount will be granted less all associated shipping costs. Any discount previously applied to your order will also be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
